In accordance with Italian law DLG 196/2003, ROBUSCHI S.p.A., (in the following described as the “Company”) wishes to inform you that, as it concerns you, your personal data (in the following described as the “Data”) will be treated as follows:

1. REASON FOR TREATMENT OF DATA
Data are collected and treated by the Company or by its subsidiaries for the following reasons:

a. Pre and post sales assistance
b. The sending of estimates requested by you
c. The sending of informative and promotional material
d. Statistical analysis for marketing
e. Degree of satisfaction survey
f. Invitations to fairs in the field or to relevant informative or promotional events

2. METHOD OF TREATMENT – ASSIGNED STAFF
The data will be treated for the above-mentioned reasons using both automated and non-automated methods in full respect of the legal rules concerning confidentiality and security.
The Data can be treated for the Company by employees, professional figures or companies, who are assigned to perform specific processing services or activities that complement those of the Company, in other words those that are necessary for the Company to perform its operations and services.

3. CONFERRING OF DATA
The conferring of data is entirely optional.
The refusal to confer Data or to answer in telephone interviews will have no consequences, other than the impossibility to benefit from the services offered by the Company.

4. THE RIGHTS OF THOSE CONCERNED
In accordance with the Italian law, art. 7 D. L. 196/2003, the Subject has the following rights:
- To obtain information on data concerning itself;
- To obtain confirmation on the origin, the aims and the methods of data treatment;
- To obtain information concerning the methodology applied in case of data treatment by means of electronic instruments;
- To acknowledge the personal data of the Owner, the Responsibles and the Representatives of data treatment;
- To obtain the up-dating, the rectification or the integration, cancellation, change into anonymous format or the stopping of the data treated under law-breaking. To obtain, also, the declaration that such operations have been brought to the attention, also for what concerns the contents, of those to whom the data were communicated or sent, except the case in which such fulfilment reveals itself impossible or involves the use of means clearly not proportionate to the copyright;
- To oppose one-self, for legitimate reasons, to the data treatment, including those which concern the Subject for commercial, advertising or market-research reasons.
