POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT ROTARY BLOWERS
RBS SERIES
RBS is the innovative positive displacement rotary blower with
patented special three lobe profile rotors with LOW-pulse system
to reduce the pressure pulsations.
Main technical features

Performance and advantages
- Integrated pulsations dampening system: residual
pulsations less than 2%.
- Greatly reduced noise and fewer problems also
for the down-line pipe systems.
- The structure of the machine was been designed for additional
low cost silencing.
- Reinforced roller bearings are used, selected
for a theoretical B10 life of 100,000 hours under the heaviest
operating conditions.
- Oversized shafts to allow higher working pressures
and higher rotation speeds.
- Absence of parts that slide or are subject
to wear.
- Maximum cleanliness: labyrinth seals and special
seals to ensure that the gas is conveyed free of oil and oil vapours.
- Lubrication of the bearings and synchronizing
gears by oil splashed with disks fitted on drive shaft.
- Very simple maintenance. Simplicity of machine
remounting because of cylindrical reference pins.

RBS/AV SERIES HIGH VACUUM BLOWERS
 Positive
displacement rotary blowers to increase the flow rate of the primary
vacuum pumps when they are operating at their minimum inlet pressure.
They can be used in series with a primary vacuum system to reach
high levels of vacuum.

- Absolute inlet pressure from 0.01 to
20 mbar
- Inlet flow rate from 300 to 8000 m3/h
- Absolute outlet pressure up to 50 mbar

THE VACUUM BLOWERS: RB-DV SERIES
 Positive
displacement rotary blowers installed on mobile units.
On these we have patented the innovative
atmospheric air pre-injection device.
The result is the reduction both in the heating of the gas and in
the power absorbed by the blower, reaching a maximum vacuum of 90%
without the need for any additional cooling unit.
Main technical features

- Inlet flow rate from 840 to 10.500 m3/h.
- Suitable for continuous use with maximum
level of vacuum.

Fields of application
The blowers of the RDS-DV series make it possible to create large
flow rate suction plants in a convenient way and without the need
for auxiliary services such as heat-exchangers or coolers. Their
