Checks and tests

A new Metrology hall dedicated to internal production has been set up in a thermally insulated ambient, and it is completely computer managed by a three-dimensional control machine for the collecting and managing of data.

A second checking hall, the Acceptance test, again computerized with a three-dimensional control machine, is dedicated exclusively to the checking of materials from all suppliers. These checks are indispensable to guarantee with certainty that our customers receive the high quality promised.

The innovative Test hall for the monitoring of the machines is completely computerize. This guarantees our clients:

• The reliability of the tests;
• The computerized collection of data;
• The possibility to draw up automatically the requested test certificates.

All of the phase calipers for the checking of the production process monitor both the production and the assembly of the products, and are linked to electronic stations for the collection and statistical elaboration of the data.

Furthermore, every three months all of the checking instruments and their individual components are re-certificated. This continuous check is a guarantee of constant quality.

This ensures the repeatability of the test conditions, guarantees the rapidity of the test and allows the statistical management of all data collected, in order to be always certain of the quality of our production.
