Today, Robuschi has made a further development, a true logistical - computerizes leap, involving in this new vision, via an ERP company management software, all of the production and organizational activities of the company.

The aim is to obtain a greater and more reliable speed of delivery of the machines and plants, in the full respect of the quality and convenience, which is the basis of the entire history of Robuschi, and the satisfaction of its customers.

We have reached this important objective through the computerized procedure organization of all manufacturing processes. Furthermore, the great flexibility and our "just-in-time" approach to production to each job order are activated through logistic production planning, centred on the concept of production nodes on which all work phases are integrated, where it is possible to produce different types of product.

The various automated warehouses located in the various company departments help to minimize as far as possible the set-up times, and reduce the start/finish work phase periods and the time required to move items within the factory. In real time these automatic warehouses distribute the tools and the materials required at each production node to the relevant store, thus obtaining a continuous workflow.
