The quality system

The Robuschi Quality System was set up in 1994, and since then it has become increasingly integrated into the life of the company. Today, all activities performed by Robuschi are guided by the Quality System rules.

The Quality System means a safe and global vision of all of the processes that come together to define the value of the products and services supplied.
The Quality System also means believing in the investments made in the company personnel, in the development of the various types of know-how and in work safety.

The full integration, the constant checking, and the continuous improvement of all company activities, are aimed at satisfying the particular needs and expectations of the customer via:

• Products of superior reliability and quality.
• Complete, efficient and timely pre and post sales assistance, with useful information and advice concerning the construction of the plants, the correct choice of machines, their use and their cost. In addition, there is the possibility of setting up a replacement machine during the repairs period, the supply of spare parts, and assistance in the updating of the components.
• Fast and sure delivery times: this service is only possible in the presence of great flexibility and a complete coordination of the entire organization.

The Quality System certification is a further confirmation of the Robuschi undertaking to be a true "Partner" with its suppliers - chosen and supported to guarantee the requested qualitative standards - and with its customers.

For this reason we have created the exclusive "Birth Certificate" for each product. This document shows all of the specific measurements for each individual plant.
It is therefore possible to have an overall picture of the entire production, and elaborate a systematic monitoring which studies the behaviour of the components of each plant, in order to always guarantee excellent performances.
The customer, therefore, has the certainty that he is purchasing products that respect all of the parameters of the project, and this is a guarantee of a truly superior quality.
