Two lubrication systems are used depending on the configuration:

Dual Forced-Feed Lubrication

Oil is drawn from the tank by a dedicated pump.

It is circulated through two heat exchangers for stable temperatures.

A distribution block channels the oil into the compressor’s lubrication ducts.

An ejector system (with filter) increases the return flow from the oil sump back to the tank.

Dual Splash Lubrication

Ideal for robust and simple operation:

A rotating disk in each oil sump (NDE/DE) ensures continuous lubrication of internal components without the need for external pumps.

This dual approach ensures users can choose the best solution for their application demands.

High-Performance Soundproof Enclosure

The Robox Screw 5.0 shares a common soundproof enclosure for both Screw and Lobe PD technologies—enhancing compatibility across the Robuschi range. The design is aligned with the existing /3.0, /3.5, and /4.0 frames for easy integration and familiar operation.
