High Flow Performance
Between our six different models, the RB-DV performance range can be tailored to suit any waste requirements. Due to our Robuschi patented atmospheric air injection device, the RB-DV waste vacuum series can reach vacuum levels of up to 93% on a dead head - 28” Hg without the need to inject water to prevent overheating. This performance is achieved through proven rotary lobe blower technology.
Effective Cooling System
The RB-DV range is equipped with a market-leading air-injected cooling system, allowing the waste vacuum pumps to operate continuously and at deeper vacuum levels. This enables the RB-DV to operate in the most challenging heavy-duty waste collection applications, in both dry and waste liquid products, similar to high-performance root blower systems.
Enclosed Package Options
We also offer an additional variation on the standard RB-DV product, which has been specifically designed for installation on vehicles that have to operate in particularly noise-sensitive environments. The TRB-DV package comes as standard with the vacuum pump housed inside a noise-reducing acoustic enclosure. We can also install the TRB-DV with up to a 5˚ degree tilt, and the power take-off connection can be made by either hydraulic motor or V-belt transmission. The TRB-DV comes with the following optional extras: : left side clock wise opening door; left side counter clock wise opening door; right side clock wise opening door; right side counter clock wise opening door.
