The RB-DV series from Robuschi, part of the Ingersoll Rand Transport Solutions portfolio, addresses a common challenge in waste management: handling both dry and liquid waste efficiently with one system. These rotary lobe vacuum pumps are engineered for high-volume suction and continuous operation, making them ideal for hazardous, chemical, and ADR waste transport.

With six models ranging from 680 m³/hr to 9,000 m³/hr at 100 mbar(a) vacuum, the RB-DV line supports everything from standard waste collection to “Super-suction” tanker operations. The pumps are truck-mounted and designed for flexibility across construction, chemical, and municipal applications.

RB-DV Vacuum Pump: Dry and Liquid Waste Flyer

Key Features

1. High Flow Performance

The RB-DV series uses Robuschi’s patented atmospheric air injection system to reach vacuum levels up to 93% (28" Hg) without water injection. This reduces complexity and improves reliability in the field.

2. Effective Cooling System

Air-injected cooling enables continuous operation at deeper vacuum levels, even in heavy-duty applications.

3. Waste Product Versatility

Designed to handle both dry and liquid waste, including hazardous and chemical materials.

4. Enclosed Package Options (TRB-DV)

For noise-sensitive environments, the TRB-DV variant includes an acoustic enclosure and flexible installation options (hydraulic or V-belt drive, up to 5° tilt). Door configurations are customizable.
